Find your calm with sauna, pizza and cocktails.

If the city has got you feeling a bit overstimulated, head up above the streets to the Find Your Calm hub at the top of International House in Brixton. It’s home to Rooftop Saunas, which features private sauna cabins, cold plunges and cool-down rooms with skincare botanicals and mini-bars, plus epic views across the city. There are three session options – 30, 60 and 90 minutes – available, so you can sauna on a schedule that suits you.

Next door is rooftop bar and restaurant The Bird’s Nest, which does authentic Neapolitan pizza and seasonal cocktails like the Singed Beak (made with mezcal, pineapple, chilli honey, lime and bitters) and the Kyoto Cloud (made with vodka, lychee liqueur, coconut cream, lemon juice and soda). It also boasts a 180° outdoor terrace, where you can catch some rays with your slices and serves.
