Foodism has teamed up with White Rabbit, the gluten-free innovators, to give five lucky readers the chance to win its brand-new frozen pizza range. The new recipes are part of the brand’s ongoing mission to bring joy to gluten-free eating.

Leading the launch is the salame piccante, a spicy first for the freezer aisle, while a classic crowd-pleaser, the margherita, makes its frozen debut. Winners will receive all four White Rabbit frozen pizzas, with a new and improved prosciutto ham and mushroom and chicken and chorizo completing the collection.

Each pizza is made at White Rabbit’s dedicated gluten-free bakery in Oxfordshire and comes on a new, larger 10″ Romana-style base, developed exclusively for the frozen range.

The bases use an improved bespoke dough recipe containing twice the amount of 24-hour slow-proved sourdough. Every pizza is hand-topped with the brand’s signature Mediterranean tomato sauce, then finished with quality ingredients such as Italian Spianata salami, creamy mozzarella and red chillies on the salame piccante.
