LARDON is a European-inspired restaurant located at Elkstone Studios in the heart of the Cotswolds, where ingredient-led cooking, warm hospitality and beautifully designed spaces come together to create a destination worth lingering over.
Founded by the team behind KNEAD Bakery and Jesse Smith Butchers, LARDON takes inspiration from the flavours and laid-back dining culture of Tuscany, the Basque Country and Provence. At its heart is a menu of wood-fired dishes and seasonal small plates, celebrating exceptional produce and simple cooking done exceptionally well.
From leisurely breakfasts and long lunches to relaxed evening dinners, the restaurant embraces the philosophy that life is best enjoyed when you slow down.
