Who doesn’t love a lazy weekend brunch? And now Higgidy is making it easy to host at home with its new Shakshuka-Inspired Red Pepper & Greek Feta Brunch Quiche. Combining the sun-kissed Mediterranean flavours of tomatoes and red peppers with the zesty tang of Belazu’s Rose Harissa Paste, it’s baked in seeded spelt shortcrust pastry, and topped with a Greek feta and coriander crumb for a gorgeously crumbly mouthfeel.

There are also two more new additions to Higgidy’s range that take inspiration from world flavours. Baked in a seeded shortcrust pastry, the Cypriot Halloumi & Chimichurri Quiche is topped with Cypriot halloumi that’s been tossed in a vibrant, Argentinian-influenced chimichurri sauce. While the individually sized Extra Mature Cheddar & Kimchi Quiche is topped with a crumb that mixes the spicy, umami flavour of kimchi with the zing of red leicester cheese, cayenne pepper and paprika.

The new sharing quiches (£4.60 for 400g) and little quiche (£3 for 155g) are available at Sainsbury’s now.
