Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, tuck into our seasonal evening small plates menu curated by head chef, Ed Forrest-Brown. Each dish highlights bold, contemporary flavours inspired by the landscape around the estate and focuses on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Alternatively, enjoy a Friday night fish and dip between April and November: kick off your Friday evening with a refreshing hour of wild swimming in our stunning lake followed by freshly cooked, mouth-watering fish and chips around the fire pit or in the cosy tipi.
