Beautifully furnished, there are luxurious fabrics alongside antiques sourced by the Brownsword family and exquisite art framing the walls. The 24 bedrooms overlook the gardens and the river, and they are all individual in style and design including a spa suite, family rooms and even The Pavilion, a thatched cottage within the grounds. With the hotel being one of only 43 in the UK to hold two Michelin Keys, the hotel’s restaurant also holds a Michelin Star, with the kitchen headed up by Executive Head Chef Ian Webber.

Menus are carefully created following the seasons and defined by the freshness and availability of ingredients, with Gidleigh Park’s wine cellar one of the UK’s biggest too.
